You should have received three emails this week letting you know about these important updates. I’ve included the information on the page for your reference.

First Email: Important Update to your Market Box
Dear Member,
We hope this message finds you well and enjoying nutrient dense food and fresh, organic produce from Willow Haven Farm. We’re writing to share an important update regarding your Medium Market Box order.

Starting May 28, 2024, the minimum order for your _ Market Box will increase from $ _ to _

This decision wasn’t made lightly, and we want to be transparent. Average orders of member’s medium market boxes are consistently and significantly over the minimums.

With this change, more of your favorite items will be saved in your cart for you to customize.
We’re committed to providing you the security of local organic food you can trust without the overwhelming burden of sourcing it yourself.This change will help us continue to source from farms we know and trust and provide the best possible education, support and personal customer service from our team.
We believe that investing in our farm’s future ultimately benefits you, our valued farm member, by providing healthier food and a healthier planet.

2024/2025 Season Market Box Minimum Order Value

  • MINI MARKET BOX – $40/deliver minimum 
  • SMALL MARKET BOX – $70/deliver minimum 
  • MEDIUM MARKET BOX – $99/deliver minimum 
  • LARGE MARKET BOX – $145/deliver minimum (no change)

Second Email: Your Market Box Delivery Schedule – What’s Best For You?

Hi there,
Most farm members prefer weekly delivery to get the freshest possible food at peak ripeness and nutrition all year long.

If you prefer to bulk shop and save yourself some time, let me recommend that you set up your own bi-weekly delivery schedule.

You might need a larger Market Box to make sure you have enough food for two weeks. Let us know if you need to upgrade to the next size so all your favorites will be selected for your pre-filled cart on your new schedule.

Open you Farm Account Dashboard to:

  1. Customize your delivery schedule –
  2. ​Click the DELIVERIES tab in your Dashboard.
  3. SKIP every other week or whatever schedule works best for you.
    1. Don’t forget your vacation or travel weeks.
    2. But make sure you’ll have a Market Box delivered the week you return so you don’t come home to an empty fridge.

You can also:

  1. Add instructions for our home delivery drivers
  2. Add a partner to your contacts so they get Market Box notifications too.

Update your preferences

While you are in your account I HIGHLY RECOMMEND updating your PREFERENCES in the Preference tab.

New Products have been added and we’d love for you to try them. They could end up in your box as a surprise if you don’t change it from the current “3”/middle smiley face.

Update your veggies and fruits based on what will be coming in to season soon so that you get first choice of those precious strawberries, garlic scapes, snow peas etc.
