Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with a product for reasons such as damage or defects, please contact us at farmer@willowhavenfarmpa.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review the situation and address it appropriately.

Ordering and Delivery

We will deliver to the address stated in your Willow Haven Farm account. Delivery is only available to select locations, and availability will be confirmed during the account creation process.

It is your responsibility to provide detailed delivery instructions, including a safe location for leaving goods if you are unavailable to receive them. You are also responsible for providing a suitable method to refrigerate temperature-sensitive items (below 46°F) until you can properly store them.

We will not be liable for theft or damage of goods once delivery instructions are followed.

Deliveries will be scheduled on a set day each week. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, and route changes. Willow Haven Farm will not be held liable for inconvenience or losses caused by delayed deliveries.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and notify us of any errors or damaged items. We will refund or replace products only in cases where we fail to meet the conditions outlined in these terms.

User Registration and Passwords

To access certain features of our website or place orders, you may be required to register and create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
