Meet your regenerative farm near allentown & Bethlehem, PA
Our Promise to your family
We know you want to feed your family clean, healthy food that you can trust. But finding food that’s fresh, local, and grown without harmful chemicals can be a real struggle. Too often, large food corporations prioritize profits over quality, leaving families feeling frustrated and unsure about what they’re bringing home.
At Willow Haven Farm, we grow vegetables in the Lehigh Valley using regenerative, chemical-free farming practices and raise pasture-fed animals so you can trust what’s on your family’s table.
Our promise is simple: we provide real, nutritious food—food you can feel confident serving your family.
You Deserve Better
We believe you deserve to know where your food comes from and feel confident about what you’re feeding your family.
As a busy mom myself, I understand how hard it can be to put healthy meals on the table every day. That’s why at Willow Haven Farm we focus on growing nutrient-dense vegetables, raising pasture-fed animals, and providing farm-fresh eggs right here in the Lehigh Valley.
The food we offer is the same food we feed our own family. From our farm to yours, you can enjoy simple, wholesome ingredients you can trust—without worrying about harmful chemicals or mystery sources.
Our Family Run Farm in the Lehigh Valley
Our family-run farm is more than a place where food is grown—it’s where life happens. Pigs root and nap in the sunshine, cows graze peacefully in the pasture with their calves nearby, and rows of colorful flowers bloom to brighten homes across the Lehigh Valley.
This is also where our children begin their mornings—collecting eggs from the hens, watering animals, and picking greens from the field while the dew still clings to the leaves.
For more than 15 years, we’ve farmed with a deep commitment to soil health and natural growing methods because we believe food should be clean, nourishing, and grown with respect for the land.
From June 2022 through November 2024, Willow Haven Farm was USDA Certified Organic through Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO).
While we chose not to renew certification due to the administrative costs for a small family farm, we continue farming with the same regenerative, soil-building practices we have followed since the beginning.
Farming this way requires careful attention to the land. On our farm we:
Rotate crops to support healthy plants and resilient soil
Plant cover crops that protect the ground and add organic matter
Use mulch to manage weeds and retain moisture naturally
Rely on efficient drip irrigation to conserve water
These practices help us grow the kind of food we are proud to feed our own family—and share with your
Meet The Demasters
We grow and produce many of the foods that will be in your box each week. The rest are from local farmers we know and trust.
You can guess, we are a busy family. We’ve learned to work together to produce the nutrient food we need and get those meals on the table three times a day. Farmer Reuben forged strong connections with our farmer friends who raised what we can’t.
You’ll love eating like a farmer. Plus, you’ll learn from Tessa how to efficiently put nutrient-dense meals on the table, without a lot of fuss, using the food that’s in season – all year round.
Behind the scenes
If you’ve ever wondered what it really takes to grow vegetables in the rolling hills west of Allentown, PA, we invite you to see for yourself.
We share behind-the-scenes field videos on YouTube so you can follow the day-to-day rhythms of the farm—from planting and harvest to feeding the pigs and gathering fresh eggs.
It’s our way of showing you exactly how we care for the land and grow nutrient-dense, farm-fresh food for families here in the Lehigh Valley.
Bring the Farm to Your Table
At the end of the day, we grow food the same way we grow it for our own family—with care for the land and respect for the people who eat it.
When you cook with our vegetables, eggs, and pasture-raised meats, you’re bringing home fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients you can feel good about serving at your table.
