Customize on Wednesdays

If you receive your market box deliveries on Saturdays, you’ll customize your box during the week: Wed-Thurs.  (If you receive your market box on Tues/Wed/Thurs, read here.)

  • Watch for the email called “It’s time to customize your farm share”
  • It will come to the email address which you used to sign up.
  • It will come from Harvie.farm and Willow Haven Farm

Finish Customizing by Thursday 2 pm

  • The time to customize is from Wednesday afternoon – Thursday 2 pm.
  • You’ll get a final reminder email at 11 am on Thursday.
  • After 2 pm we start ordering from our partner farms and preparing to pack your orders so it’s hard to make changes.

What If I Don’t Get the Email Notification to Customize?

  • Log in to your farm account: www.harvie.farm/login
  • If you have a box ready to customize, it will be indicated on your dashboard.
  • Click the “CUSTOMIZE MY SHARE” button.
