2 (3 oz) packages ramen noodles, crushed (flavor packets discarded)

1 cup blanched slivered almonds

2 tsp sesame seeds

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 head napa cabbage, shredded

1 bunch green onions, chopped

dressing:

5 TBS oil

2 TBS rice vinegar

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

a few drops sesame oil

1/8 tsp freshly ground white pepper

 

In a medium skillet over low heat brown ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds with melted butter.  Once browned, take off heat and cool. Toss all ingredients and add dressing a little at a time.
