Our snow finally melted enough so that we could get the tractor in the field on Thursday and Friday.
Even though it was overcast and foggy, it was good weather to spread compost on our vegetable fields.  High quality compost is good organic matter to add to our soil, increasing the fertility.  This will be tilled into the dirt in the coming weeks as we prepare the beds for planting.

These organic practice are part of our commitment to growing the most nutritious, great-tasting vegetables we can.

I can’t wait to see what gets planted in this field first!
