The weeks of field work have kept us hopping but we’ve finally nailed down the dates.
The farm kids are so excited and they are going to help man the oven as we make your pizzas while you wait.
What makes this pizza so special?
Each pizza starts with an organic, whole wheat sourdough crust which boasts a robust flavor of its own due to the long fermenting of the dough. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is brushed on to moisten and pull together the vegetable toppings.
Late spring gives us early herbs, baby veggies, green onions and baby greens to build a farm fresh pizza that compliments the salty cured prosciutto and farm made mozzarella cheese. The greens will go on last to just wilt a bit in the oven as we finish your pizza off in next to the heat of the fire in the brick oven that Farmer Reuben built 10 years ago.
Early summer gives us early basil, sweet summer squash, aromatic green onions and hearty greens to build a farm fresh pizza that compliments the salty cured prosciutto and farm made mozzarella cheese. The summer squash will roast in the heat of the oven, caramelizing and bringing out the sweetness.
Late summer gives adds perfect tomatoes, sweet & hot pepper, and aromatic red and white onions to the delicious pizzas we’ve been making all season.

Complete your reservation for this unique Farm to Table Event now by paying for your party. Your experience includes the ambience of the farm, seating on our beautiful deck overlooking our wooded valley, watching your pizza cook in the wood fired brick oven, chatting with the farmer, optional walk on our grounds, and a visit to our artistic farm store.
We’ll provide pizza, appetizer plate, herbal teas, and water. BYOB is allowed. Other items will be available for cash purchase. Don’t miss it!

Each person will customize one’s own pizza, choosing from our toppings list. The pizzas are around 11 inches.

FAQ: Can you make gluten free or vegan pizza?
If you bring your own gluten free crust or vegan cheese, we will accommodate your request and bake it in our wood fired brick oven – with our other pizzas. However, we don’t guarantee the same quality and experience as we provide with our organic whole wheat sourdough crusts and farm ingredients.
