The weeks of field work and starting markets have kept us hopping but we’ve finally nailed it down.

What makes this pizza so special?
Each pizza starts with a organic, whole wheat sourdough crust which boasts a robust flavor of its own due to the long fermenting of the dough. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is brushed on to moisten and pull together the vegetable toppings.
Late spring gives us early basil, sweet summer squash, aromatic green onions and hearty greens to build a farm fresh pizza that compliments the salty cured prosciutto and farm made mozzarella cheese. The summer squash will roast in the heat of the oven, caramelizing and bringing out the sweetness. The greens will go on last to just wilt a bit in the oven as we finish your pizza off in next to the heat of the fire in the brick oven that Farmer Reuben built 8 years ago.
